Misuse of NVOCC Bills of Lading brings
New Certificate to raise Industry Awareness
The ICC Academy — the educational arm of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) — in partnership with the International Maritime Bureau (IMB), has developed a specialised certificate for Non-Vessel Owning Common Carriers (NVOCC) Bills of Lading (B/L). Launched today in Singapore at a high-level event, hosted at Enterprise Singapore, the programme aims to raise standards and reliability of maritime trade for active NVOCCs and their trading partners operating in the global market.
ICC Academy General Manager Daniel Kok said:
“Bills of lading are one of the most vital documents associated with trade, making it essential that NVOCCs have the right understanding of their role. Our goal with this certificate is to provide the right knowledge and expertise that will help boost industry standards along the trading transaction chain.”
IMB estimates that over 95{35784a3acc53c3fb97930ebb57e7c2f91cc4408c54cb9242c52169e2b6c96453} of issued B/L by NVOCC are incorrect. In today’s complex international environment, it is crucial that documents are not only delivered properly but also comply with the IMB’s Code of Conduct.
The launch event included a half-day ceremony that featured a demonstration of the certificate programme and a roundtable discussion on IMB’s NVOCC Register, which works to improve anti-fraud standards. The panel was moderated by IMB Director Pottengal Mukundan. Panelists included Steven Tan Kok Boon, Executive Director of the United Overseas Bank; Ramaprasad Perumbala, Director, Trade Finance Operations of Deutsche Bank; Baldev Bhinder, a Partner at Joseph Tan Jude Benny Law Firm; Aarthi Fernandez, Head of Global Trade at Standard Chartered Bank; and Michael Howlett, IMB Deputy Director.

Mr Mukundan — who is also the author of the certificate curriculum — said:
A bill of lading is one of the most critical elements of an international trade transaction. When the content of a bill of lading is manipulated, the risks of fraud, malpractice or money laundering increases significantly for the stakeholders relying upon it — these include banks, shipping companies and counterparty traders. It is therefore important that NVOCCs understand the key role played by the bill of lading that they issue and the need for them to accurately represent the physical shipment.
The e-course covers everything from the basics of trade logistics and recognising the process of B/L issuance to the reliance of stakeholders on correct B/L and how the document can be misused along with its consequences. Designed for NVOCCs operating in global markets — as well as related stakeholders in banks, actual carriers, cargo owners and other general traders — the interactive programme offers case studies, structured lessons, self-assessments, models, videos and a virtual coach.
Salom, to’rt-besh oydan buyon shu yerda tikaman, shu bois tajribamni yozib qo’yay dedim. Rostini aytsam, boshida unchalik umid qilmagandim — oldin ikkita saytda yechib olishda nerv buzilgandi. 888starz hozircha meni jiddiy boshog’riq qilmadi.
O’yinlar miqdori rostdan ham ko’p — hisoblamadim, biroq taxminan 7000 dan oshadi. Asosan Pragmatic Playning tanish o’yinlarini bosaman: Sweet Bonanza bilan Gates of Olympus. Playn GOdan Book of Dead klassikasi ham turibdi, Betsoftning yaxshi ishlari ham yetarli. Faqat bitta narsa g’ashimga tegadi — provayder bo’yicha saralash anchagina chala, kerakli o’yinni topguncha ancha aylanasan.
Live-kazino alohida gap. Evolution Gamingning jonli stollari bor, tirik dilerlar ishtirokida blackjack, ruletka, Crazy Time esa kechqurunlari odam ko’p. Internetim shahar sharoitida yaxshi, shu sabab lag bo’lmadi, ammo 4G da goh-goh sifat pasayadi. Yangi ro’yxatdan o’tganlarga birinchi depozitga 100 foizli bonus va 100 ta bepul aylanish beriladi, wager 40x ga teng — ochig’i bu yengil shart emas, shuning uchun men ko’pincha bonussiz o’ynayman. Deposit qilmasdan aksiyalar ham chiqib turadi, hozirgi kodlarni 888starz orqali tekshirib ko’ring.
Ro’yxatdan o’tish tez tugadi, eng kam to’ldirish kichkina — men bir necha dollarlik summa bilan sinab ko’rgandim. To’lovlarda Visa va Mastercard, e-hamyonlar va kripto ishlaydi. Kripto orqali pul olish menda yarim soat davom etdi, kartaga esa 24 soatgacha kutishga to’g’ri keldi. Hujjat tekshiruvi so’ralgan edi — ID surati jo’natdim, tez ko’rib chiqishdi.
Smartfonda o’ynash normal, Android uchun ilova to’g’ridan-to’g’ri yuklab olinadi, sayt versiyasi ham yaxshi ishlaydi. Qo’llab-quvvatlash onlayn chatda ruschada 10 daqiqada javob berdi, o’zbekcha esa har doim ham emas — mana shu tomoni biroz yoqmadi. Ruxsatnomasi Kyurasao, demak O’zbekistonda rasmiy tartibga solinmagan — buni bilib turing. O’zim oyiga qancha o’ynashimni oldindan belgilab olaman va undan chiqmaslikka harakat qilaman.
Hammaga salom, to’rt-besh oydan buyon shu yerda tikaman, shu sababli tajribamni yozib qo’yay dedim. To’g’risini aytganda, dastlab unchalik umid qilmagandim — bundan avval ikkita platformada pul yechishda muammo bo’lgan. Bu yerda esa ayni damda meni ortiqcha boshog’riq qilmadi.
Slotlar soni chindan ham ko’p — men sanamadim, lekin chamasi 6000 atrofida bor. Asosan Pragmaticning tanish o’yinlarini bosaman: Sweet Bonanza bilan Gates of Olympus. Playn GOdan Book of Dead ham bor, Betsoftning eskirmagan slotlari ham uchraydi. Bir narsa bezovta qiladi — provayder bo’yicha saralash ozgina noqulay, izlagan slotni topmaguncha ancha aylanasan.
Jonli dilerlar bo’limi menga ko’proq yoqadi. Evolution Gamingning jonli stollari bor, haqiqiy krupyelar ishtirokida blackjack, ruletka, Crazy Time kabi shou-o’yinlar ham oqshomlari juda gavjum. Internetim shahar sharoitida barqaror, shu sabab lag bo’lmadi, ammo mobil internetda goh-goh video sekinlashadi. Yangi ro’yxatdan o’tganlarga birinchi depozitga 100 foizli bonus hamda 200 ta bepul aylanish beriladi, wager 40x atrofida — ochig’i osonlikcha yopilmaydi, shuning uchun men ko’pincha bonussiz o’ynayman. Deposit qilmasdan promo vaqti-vaqti bilan bo’ladi, aktual shartlarni 888starz uz dan qarab qo’ying.
Ro’yxatdan o’tish ikki daqiqada bo’ldi, minimal depozit kichkina — o’zim bir necha dollarlik summa bilan sinab ko’rgandim. To’lovlarda Visa va Mastercard, e-hamyonlar hamda Bitcoin va boshqa kripto bor. Kripto orqali pul olish menda bir soatgacha oldi, kartaga esa bir sutkacha kutishga to’g’ri keldi. Hujjat tekshiruvi so’ralgan edi — pasport surati yubordim, ertasiga tasdiqlashdi.
Smartfonda ishlash normal, Android uchun ilova saytdan yuklanadi, sayt versiyasi ham yaxshi ishlaydi. Qo’llab-quvvatlash chatda rus tilida 10 daqiqada javob berdi, o’zbek tilida bo’lsa har safar chiqmadi — mana shu tomoni biroz yoqmadi. Litsenziyasi Curacao, demak bizda hammasi o’z mas’uliyatingizda — buni bilib turing. Men oyiga qancha o’ynashimni oldindan belgilab olaman va undan chiqmaslikka harakat qilaman.
Nic odkrywczego: Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, czyli Pragmatic.
Gier jest sporo — w okolicach 2800 tytulow, przewaznie Pragmatic, Play’n GO i NetEnt. Osobiscie gram w Gates of Olympus, czasem Sweet Bonanza, choc ostatnio wciagnalem sie w tytuly od Big Time Gaming.
Rejestracja to doslownie 2 minuty, minimalny depozyt 40 zl.
Support w nocy odpowiada wolno, i pierwsza linia to bot.
U mnie to Book of Dead i Big Bass, no i Pragmatic.
Salom, yarim yildan beri shu yerda tikaman, shuning uchun fikrimni bo’lishmoqchiman. Rostini aytsam, dastlab unchalik ishonmagandim — oldin ikkita saytda kechikish bilan azob chekkandim. 888starz shu paytgacha meni jiddiy boshog’riq qilmadi.

Mobil ilovada ishlash yomon emas, Android-ga apk saytdan yuklanadi, sayt versiyasi ham yaxshi ishlaydi. So switching homes — never a dull moment. Been there not ages back, and I’ll be straight with you, quite the circus. Think it’s just packing, then you wonder where it all came from. I heard mixed things from everyone, but I wanted to verify everything. Anyway: when you’re after trustworthy movers in the area, don’t go with the first name you see. Here’s why: local expertise is half the battle — especially with narrow driveways. As for me — asked pointed questions — and I’m not bluffing, that effort was gold. Now here’s the gem that finally clicked for me. moving companies in nevada moving companies in nevada That compilation was a game changer. What you see is what you get — transparent to the core. Locked in my date there and they outperformed expectations. Don’t skip the fine print. Ask about their license. Quality service turns fear into relief. Hope this helps you navigate the chaos!
