Misuse of NVOCC Bills of Lading brings
New Certificate to raise Industry Awareness
The ICC Academy — the educational arm of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) — in partnership with the International Maritime Bureau (IMB), has developed a specialised certificate for Non-Vessel Owning Common Carriers (NVOCC) Bills of Lading (B/L). Launched today in Singapore at a high-level event, hosted at Enterprise Singapore, the programme aims to raise standards and reliability of maritime trade for active NVOCCs and their trading partners operating in the global market.
ICC Academy General Manager Daniel Kok said:
“Bills of lading are one of the most vital documents associated with trade, making it essential that NVOCCs have the right understanding of their role. Our goal with this certificate is to provide the right knowledge and expertise that will help boost industry standards along the trading transaction chain.”
IMB estimates that over 95{35784a3acc53c3fb97930ebb57e7c2f91cc4408c54cb9242c52169e2b6c96453} of issued B/L by NVOCC are incorrect. In today’s complex international environment, it is crucial that documents are not only delivered properly but also comply with the IMB’s Code of Conduct.
The launch event included a half-day ceremony that featured a demonstration of the certificate programme and a roundtable discussion on IMB’s NVOCC Register, which works to improve anti-fraud standards. The panel was moderated by IMB Director Pottengal Mukundan. Panelists included Steven Tan Kok Boon, Executive Director of the United Overseas Bank; Ramaprasad Perumbala, Director, Trade Finance Operations of Deutsche Bank; Baldev Bhinder, a Partner at Joseph Tan Jude Benny Law Firm; Aarthi Fernandez, Head of Global Trade at Standard Chartered Bank; and Michael Howlett, IMB Deputy Director.

Mr Mukundan — who is also the author of the certificate curriculum — said:
A bill of lading is one of the most critical elements of an international trade transaction. When the content of a bill of lading is manipulated, the risks of fraud, malpractice or money laundering increases significantly for the stakeholders relying upon it — these include banks, shipping companies and counterparty traders. It is therefore important that NVOCCs understand the key role played by the bill of lading that they issue and the need for them to accurately represent the physical shipment.
The e-course covers everything from the basics of trade logistics and recognising the process of B/L issuance to the reliance of stakeholders on correct B/L and how the document can be misused along with its consequences. Designed for NVOCCs operating in global markets — as well as related stakeholders in banks, actual carriers, cargo owners and other general traders — the interactive programme offers case studies, structured lessons, self-assessments, models, videos and a virtual coach.
Ja siedze glownie na Gates of Olympus, czasem odpale Bonanze. Live to Evolution — Crazy Time, ruletka, blackjack, krupierzy realni, stoly po polsku tez sie trafiaja.
Biezace promocje warto sprawdzic w kod promocyjny vox casino 2026 zanim wplacisz. Krazy tez sporo wersji bez wplaty i czesc z nich to zwykly clickbait, wiec bym uwazal.
Wyplaty — tu bez fajerwerkow.
أنا شخصيًا بحب Gates of Olympus، وزميلي مش بيسيب Book of Dead.

Qishdan beri shu yerda o’ynayman, shu sababli tajribamni bo’lishmoqchiman. To’g’risi, avvaliga unchalik ishonmagandim — tanishim aytdi, shundan keyin urinib ko’rdim. Registratsiya ikki daqiqalik ish ekan, minimal depozit ham katta emas — men kichik summa bilan boshlagandim.
O’yinlar sonini sanab chiqishning iloji yo’q — besh mingdan oshadi deb yozishadi. Menga ko’proq Pragmatic Play o’yinlari to’g’ri keladi: Gates of Olympus da yaxshigina ushlaganman, Sweet Bonanza ham doim ochiq turadi. Play’n GO ning Book of Dead ham bor, NetEnt bilan Yggdrasil o’yinlari ham yetarli. Jonli kazino yaxshi ishlangan — Evolution studiyasi tortadi, haqiqiy krupyelar o’tiradi, Crazy Time ni esa aytmasa ham bo’ladi.
Bonus tomoni ham gapiray: xush kelibsiz paketiga ikki barobar qildilar, yana spinlar ham tushdi. Ammo veyjer 40x — buni yopish uchun sabr kerak, shartlarni o’qib chiqing. Depozitsiz bonus ham bo’lib turadi, lekin doim emas. Aktual shartlarni bilmoqchi bo’lsangiz скачать 888 старс dan topasiz, men shu yerdan kuzatib turaman.
Vыvod masalasi ham muhim: Karta orqali qabul qilinadi, Skrill va boshqa hamyonlar, USDT va Bitcoin ham ishlaydi — kripto tezroq chiqadi. O’tgan hafta yutuqni yechib oldim, bir soatgacha ketdi. Bitta holatda hujjat so’rab qolishdi, o’shanda biroz asabiylashdim — aynan shu joyi yoqmadi.
Ilova tomondan: 888starz apk ni o’rnatish qiyin emas, Google Play da topmaysiz — bunday kontoralarda shunday. iOS egalari TestFlight orqali o’rnatishadi. Ilova o’zi 4G da ham normal ochiladi, faqat ba’zan yangilanishdan keyin sekin ochildi.
Texnik yordam o’zbekchani tushunadi, lekin ba’zan shablon javob yozishadi. Curacao litsenziyasi bor, ko’p saytlar shu bilan yuradi. Xullas, akkaunt ochiq turibdi — siz ham o’z boshingiz bilan qaror qiling.
Bir necha oy bo’ldi shu yerda o’ynayman, shu bois fikrimni aytib qo’yay. To’g’risi, avvaliga jiddiy qabul qilmagandim — Telegramdagi kanalda ko’rdim, keyin o’zim sinab ko’rdim. Akkaunt ochish juda tez kechdi, birinchi to’ldirish summasi ham arzimagan — men ko’p pul tikmadim.
O’yinlar sonini sanab chiqishning iloji yo’q — 7000 ga yaqin degan gap bor. O’zim ko’proq Pragmatic Play mahsulotlari ma’qul: Gates of Olympus bilan ancha o’tirganman, Sweet Bonanza ni ham tez-tez ochaman. Play’n GO ning Book of Dead ham joyida, NetEnt va Microgaming o’yinlari ham yetarli.
Aksiyalar borasida desangiz: birinchi depozitga 100% qo’shib berishdi, yana spinlar ham berildi. Ammo otыgrыsh 40 barobar — bu oson emas, qoidalarni albatta ko’ring. Depozitsiz bonus ham bo’lib turadi, lekin doim emas. Hozirgi promo-kodlarni bilmoqchi bo’lsangiz 888 скачать на андроид ga kirib ko’ring, har hafta yangilanib turadi.
Vыvod masalasi ham muhim: Bank kartasi bilan ishlaydi, Skrill bilan Neteller, USDT va Bitcoin ham ishlaydi — men ko’proq shuni ishlataman. O’tgan hafta pulni chiqardim, yarim soatda tushdi.
Ayfonchilar TestFlight orqali o’rnatishadi. Ilova o’zi sekinlashmaydi, ammo bir-ikki marta update dan so’ng kichik lagi bor edi.
Qo’llab-quvvatlash o’zbekchani tushunadi, lekin ba’zan shablon javob yozishadi. Litsenziyasi Kyurasao, ko’p saytlar shu bilan yuradi. Xullas, akkaunt ochiq turibdi — har kim o’zi hal qilsin.
