Alert crew onboard a bulk carrier underway noticed two unauthorized persons onboard. Alarm raised and crew mustered, resulting in the persons escaping empty handed. Incident reported to VTS. Singapore Coast Guard escorted the vessel to a safe anchorage and boarded for investigations.
