Robbers boarded an anchored bulk carrier during cargo operations, broke into the forepeak store, stole ship's stores and escaped unnoticed. The crew noticed a suspicious boat in the vicinity and notified the OOW who raised the alarm. On searching the ship, the theft was identified. Agent and Port security officer informed.
