27.01.2018: 1255 UTC: Posn: 18:34N - 072:24W, Port Au Prince, Inner Anchorage, Haiti. Unnoticed robber boarded an anchored product tanker, stole two mooring ropes and a messenger rope and escaped. The theft was noticed during routine rounds. Local Authorities notified.
