Louis joined Camilleri Preziosi as an associate in 1993 and was subsequently invited to partnership in 1995. He is currently Managing Partner of the firm. Before his appointment as Managing Partner Louis headed the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice group for several years. Since joining Camilleri Preziosi Louis has been involved principally in banking, corporate finance and M&A transactions as well as litigation in the corporate and financial sector.

• Member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners

Louis remains actively involved in the firm’s client-facing work. He advises on the firm’s major transactions and litigation in his areas of interest and specialisation. He still directly heads the firm’s growing Regulatory, Compliance and Supervisory Team and a new addition to the firm’s array of services Crisis Management for clients. With his extensive experience in corporate and financial practice, together with his experience in the regulation of financial markets and institutions he remains a mainstay for clients seeking advice ranging from banks on regulatory and transactional matters, to corporates in capital markets work; or restructuring and insolvency. /div>
